Francois Blackburn-Grenon

Leader R&D, industry 4.0, Matricis

Francois is a professional engineer from Ecole de Technologie Superieure (ETS) in Montreal, Canada. He’s also a Ph. D. candidate in engineering with a specialization in the transition of businesses to the industry 4.0. Over his career, he worked for the leaders in multiple industries such as Mining, Pulp and Paper, Aeronautic and Plastic transformation. He played a multiple roles from maintenance technician to project manager. For those reasons, Francois is working at Matricis to ease the digital transformation projects with theirs customers.
He’s passionate engineer and he dedicates is Ph. D. research to improve manufacturing processes with technologies as SCO, SCP, AR and more.
