Joanne Bacharach

Director of Curriculum, PTC

Joanne started her career as an electrical engineer. After spending time coding programs to test integrated circuits, she found a passion and pivoted to the software industry. To help sustain customers’ success with software, she developed training programs and traveled the world to show customers and partners how to get the most out of their products. Now, Joanne manages curriculum development for all of PTC’s software products, working tightly with customer success and partner enablement to ensure the highest quality training is available for PTC’s products worldwide. She is excited on the future of PTC’s training, which will include a focus on cutting-edge technology like additive manufacturing and augmented reality (AR).
