Lindsay is the Director of Merchandising Systems and Process Improvement at Brooks Brothers. she has been with the company for almost 7 years, both as a full-time employee and a consultant. Lindsay has over 12 years of experience in the Apparel industry, ranging from Merchandising, Planning and Product Development roles to functional and process design, and Go-To-Market strategy development. Over the years, Lindsay has led the successful implementation of 4 systems, as well as numerous upgrades. Her and her team support over 500 associates at Brooks Brothers using FlexPLM and other related systems.

We have recently completed a Product Hierarchy realignment project, that has enabled us to align our PLM Data architecture more closely with our Retail Planning teams! This was a huge project, in which we converted/cleansed all existing PLM Data to reflect the new data structure.
