Oswin Deally - Vice President Connected Product (IOT) Engineering Services for North America

Oz Deally is Vice president of the North America Digital Engineering and Manufacturing Services practice for Capgemini. He is responsible for assuring Capgemini’s offers meet client’s needs for adapting in a rapidly changing world of the 4th wave of the industrial revolution and IOT connected products, and driving service delivery and transformation for Capgemini Industrial clients. Previously, Oz ran the Cyber Security Practice where managing risk and compliance to regulation across multiple industries was paramount in offers and delivery capability.

This is Oz’s second tour with Capgemini, where previously he was as a Senior Manager for Telecom architecture practice where he worked with domestic and international communication companies for transformation of legacy communications systems and processes to support new broadband and wireless business ventures.

Oz has worked at multiple Fortune 100 organizations. Most recently before rejoining Capgemini he severed as Senior Director for Global Information Security Operations at a Fortune 100 financial services company. In that role, he optimized and transformed the cybersecurity program to focus on business information risk by leading a team to design, deliver, continuously manage and monitor Cyber-Security controls and countermeasures to assure data privacy for customers and employees and prevents attacks from cyber criminals and other threats. Previously, he spent several years as an independent consultant for telecommunications companies in the broadband applications and infrastructure arena, as many were building their current product offerings. He also served as chief architect for ATT / Bellsouth in their customer markets business unit for CRM and ordering applications. Transformation through disciplined process and applications integration has been part of Oz’s DNA.

Oz attended Rutgers University College of Engineering for Electrical Engineering. Early in his career, he build applications for K-12 education for math and reading curriculums for 2 large educational software companies, which he desires to get back to later in his career, as it is truly rewarding to see children learning as a result of something he created. Oz currently lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife and 2 children and spends his spare time trying to be a good father and doing outdoors activities.
