Paolo lives in Rome with his wife and four children. Running AIESEC he did discover his passion for starting up initiatives with multicultural teams at international scale. This experience led him to start an international career characterized by the participation in two start-ups (WorkingDay and Sybari Software). In 2005, he joined Microsoft, where he accrued experience in defining, managing and growing highly performing sales team focused on extremely innovative projects. He held positions in most of EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and later moved to the US where he was responsible for developing his group’s business for Latin America. After going back to Italy he was Commercial Director for Corporate, Telco, Media & Retail customers and subsequently he was in charge of the strategic partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Microsoft Corporation team. Passionate about traveling, discovering new cultures and being led by curiosity in embrace new challenges.
