Travel & Accommodations

Can I Check Hotel Availability If I’m Not Registered for LiveWorx?

Unfortunately, no. We keep the link to the hotel booking site private so that non-attendees do not book rooms at discounted rates we worked hard to provide to registrants this year. We understand that travel can be expensive so we made sure to provide the best options for travel budgets.

How Do I Book A Hotel Room For LiveWorx?

You must be registered for the event to book your hotel accommodations.

Discounted room blocks have been reserved at several nearby hotels. When you have registered for LiveWorx you will receive a hotel link in your confirmation email to access the room blocks and make your reservations.

How Do I Make Changes To My Hotel Reservation?

If you need to make changes or cancellations to your reservation on or before 05/05/2020, make your changes online or call (800) 726-1242. Changes or cancellations to your reservation after this date must be made directly with the hotel. All changes are based on availability.

What is the Hotel Room Cancellation Policy?

There is a 48-Hour Cancellation Policy for hotels – If you do not cancel your room 48 hours before your arrival date, you will be charged one night room & tax.

Will I Receive a Hotel Confirmation Different From My LiveWorx Registration?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation number from onPeak, our hotel reservations system, once you book your hotel.

Keep this email for your records — any changes or edits to your hotel reservation must be made through the onPeak system.

Can I Transfer My Hotel Room to Another Attendee?

Yes, visit OnPeak — click on "Already have a Reservation? Log-In" and enter your username and password to access your reservation. You can change the name on your reservation.

Please Note: You should not contact the hotel directly before 05/05/2020 regarding your reservations. After this date you may contact the hotel directly with any requests, questions or concerns.

What Airport Should I Use?

Logan International Airport (BOS)

Logan is an eight-minute taxi ride from the BCEC, (depending on traffic) or you can use the MBTA’s Silver Line to and from the airport. The Silver Line is complimentary from Logan Airport, and stops at the Seaport/World Trade Center Stop just across the street from the BCEC. Take the Silver Line back to the airport.

Is Public Transportation Available to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center?

The BCEC is steps away from the MBTA’s Silver Line World Trade Center stop, which is the same subway line that services Logan Airport. It’s also a 15-minute walk from South Station, one of Boston’s major transportation hubs. South Station provides local services via bus, subway (Red Line), and the regional Commuter Rail, plus service across the country through Amtrak and bus.

What is the Cost to Park at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center?

To self-park is $20 and $40 for oversized vehicles; from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive, drive past the valet area, and continue straight along the side of the building. At the end of the building, make a right and go down the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left and you will see the entrance to the South Parking lot in front of you.

Valet parking is available during most events for $30. To access from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive and the valet area will be immediately on your right. They accept cash and all major credit cards.

Is Shuttle Service Provided Between LiveWorx Hotels and the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center?

Shuttle service will be provided between these hotels and the BCEC: Boston Park Plaza, Doubletree by Hilton Downtown Boston, Revere Hotel Boston Common, Hyatt Regency Boston and Omni Parker House.

How Do I Request a Travel Visa to Attend LiveWorx?

If you are traveling from a country that requires you to apply for a visa to enter the United States, we can help you with an invitation letter.

You must be registered and fully paid for the event to request a Visa Invitation Letter.

Once you have registered please download the visa request form and send your completed form to concierge@liveworx.com.

NOTE: Original cancellation policy still applies, so be sure to apply for your visa early to avoid any extra fees should you need to cancel.

We accept Credit Card & Check as payment at the time of registration. Please email concierge@liveworx.com should you have any questions regarding forms of payment.

I Received a Promo Code, but How Do I Apply it to My Registration?

When you visit the registration site you will be asked if you have received a promotional code; click "yes" and you will be prompted to enter your code. Discounts will be applied at checkout.

Please Note: Only one promotional code can be used per transaction.

I’ve Completed my Registration, but Want to Make a Change or Edit My Pass Type. What Do I Do?

To update your profile or contact information:

  • Log back in to your LiveWorx Registration using the username and password you created.
  • Select “Registration.”
  • Click “Edit” for the section where you would like to update your information.

If you would like to change your pass type – please email concierge@liveworx.com for assistance.

Are Attendee Substitutions Allowed?

Yes, please contact concierge@liveworx.com to request this change.

How Do I Register as an Analyst or Member of the Press?

Please contact Alexandra Puig at apuig@ptc.com for information regarding the analyst and media experience at LiveWorx.

What does the DeluX package include?

Please visit the Registration page to view all benefits of the DeluX package.

Only 100 DeluX passes available based on a first-come, first-served basis.

What is the Cost to Upgrade to the DeluX Package?

The cost to upgrade is the difference of what you paid for your pass and the current rate for the DeluX package.

For example, if you paid $995 for your All Access Pass, and the current rate for the DeluX pass is $1,395, you would pay the difference of an additional $400.

Please note: if you have a complimentary pass, you cannot upgrade to the DeluX package.

Please email concierge@liveworx.com to inquire about an upgrade should you decide to take advantage of the DeluX offering.

Where Do I Pick-Up my Badge?

You can pick up your badge at the Registration Desk, located in the BCEC North Lobby.

What Do I Do If I Lose my Badge at the Event?

If you lose your badge you can visit the Registration Desk in the north lobby of the BCEC to have it re-printed. There is a $75 fee to print a replacement badge.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

A 100% refund will be given if notice of cancellations is received in writing by the close of business on April 8, 2020. Cancellations received after April 8, but before May 8, 2020 will receive a full refund minus a $250 processing fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received on or after May 8, 2020.

In the case of cancelling a registration for the purpose of signing up again under a special offer code, a $150 processing fee will be charged to the registration for this change. Send cancellation and registration change notices to: concierge@liveworx.com.

An employee of the same company may be substituted at no additional fee by June 1, 2020.

By Registering I acknowledge the following:

  • The email I have provided is legitimate and will be used for event updates, sending invoices, password changes (when applicable) and correspondence from the LiveWorx Team.
  • You are not considered registered until payment is received
  • I acknowledge that badge sharing is prohibited (“Badge sharing” means lending your badge to someone else or using someone else’s badge to gain entry to any part of the event)
  • If my badge is lost or stolen there will be a $100 reprint fee and is non-refundable.

Group Discounts:

  • Additional discount offers cannot be combined in Group Packages.
  • If a Group Package is purchased at any level, we will not cancel this package for re-registering at the next level of package discount.
  • Pricing for Group Packages are not retroactive. If changes are made to the number of passes in a package the pricing is congruent to what the current pricing is.

Payment Guidelines:

  • Credit Card payments are due at the time of registration
  • If paying by check,
    • payment must be received within 14 days of registration
    • If a check cannot be processed within 14 days a communication must be sent to concierge@liveworx.com with a date agreed for payment. Any payment beyond the date agreed will be charged the next pricing level of ticket price when applicable.
  • Multiple Discount offers may not be combined

What Trainings Does Liveworx Offer?

Are Trainings an Additional Fee Beyond LiveWorx Registration?

Yes, training sessions are an additional fee. There is a NEW pricing model for LiveWorx 2020 Trainings! Pay $300 for access to the complete list of trainings offered on one day of training (either June 8th or June 11th). Or pay $500 to access all trainings on both days. Please see the Training page for details.

How Do I Register For Training?

Reserving a spot in the training sessions will be part of the overall registration process or done through your existing registration by logging back into your account and choosing your sessions when they are available in early 2020. An email will be sent to registrants to alert you when these training sessions are available.

Can I Sign-Up for Multiple Training Courses?

Yes, if you are interested in more than one topic you are welcome to take advantage of multiple training sessions.

What is the Cancellation Policy for Training?

Cancellations must be complete by June 1, 2020. We will not offer refunds after this date.

Please Note: We reserve the right to cancel a course you may have registered for if attendance does not warrant the offering of the course. We will notify registrants of any cancellations one month prior to the event.

Can I Make a Change to My Registration for a Course?

Yes. If you need to make a change to your registration, please email concierge@liveworx.com.

NOTE: We cannot guarantee a spot in another course if you request a change, but we will do our best to accommodate.

Mobile App

Will LiveWorx offer a mobile app?

LiveWorx will offer a downloadable mobile app in May for registered attendees. It will be used as an interactive way to enhance the on-site LiveWorx experience, engage with other attendees, receive event updates & local discounts. You will be notified when it is available on the App Store and Google Play. We recommend using an Apple or Android device for the best user experience.


Can I Network With Other Attendees Before LiveWorx Starts?

Yes. LiveWorx offers many ways for you to network with other attendees before the event.
