When and Where will PTC LiveWorx 2023 be Hosted?

What if I cannot attend in person?
We strongly recommend attending in person to get the full experience of the event and to access training opportunities, demos and technology showcases, the full breadth of content offerings, and amazing networking opportunities with your peers. If you are not able to attend in person we will be streaming main stage sessions and making some of our content available for digital consumption at your convenience. You will need to be registered to access this content.
Who Attends PTC LiveWorx?
The event is best suited for PTC customers and partners who want to learn about the latest in PTC products, strategy, and how to get the most out of our best-in-class technology portfolio. However, anyone is welcome to attend PTC LiveWorx and we invite anyone from industrial companies who would like to learn more about best practices and technology for digital transformation.
Does PTC LiveWorx have Social Media Accounts?
Will the PTC global partner summit be part of PTC LiveWorx 2023?
Yes, a PTC Global Partner Summit will be hosted at PTC LiveWorx. Details are still being refined and we will provide updates as they become available.
In Person Registration
How can I register for PTC LiveWorx 2023?
Navigate here to register.
If you were an attendee of PTC LiveWorx in the past you will be able to use your same credentials when logging in.
- Your username will be the email you used last year
- Click on “Forgot Password” if you do not remember what you entered last year
If this is your first time registering, you will need to select “Create Account” to register.
I Received a Promo Code, but How Do I Apply it to My Registration?
When you visit the registration site you will be asked if you have received a promotional code; click "yes" and you will be prompted to enter your code. Discounts will be applied at checkout.
Please Note: Only one promotional code can be used per transaction.
I’ve Completed my Registration, but Want to Make a Change or Edit My Pass Type. What Do I Do?
To update your profile or contact information CLICK HERE to log into your account using the username and password you've already created. You will be brought to your Dashboard. From here you can edit your profile or update your pass type. Should you need further assistance, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are Attendee Substitutions Allowed?
Yes, please contact email@example.com to request this change. No change requests will be accepted after May 12, 2023.
Are There Any Group Discounts Offered at LiveWorx?
We will not be offering group discounts for LiveWorx 2023.
Where Do I Pick-Up my Badge?
You can pick up your badge at the Registration Desk, located in the BCEC North Lobby.
What Do I Do If I Lose my Badge at the Event?
If you lose your badge you can visit the Registration Desk in the north lobby of the BCEC to have it re-printed. There is a $100 fee to print a replacement badge.
How Do I Register as an Analyst or Member of the Press?

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Digital Pass Registration
Do I need to be registered to watch?
Yes, you do need to register to watch the Keynotes and/or Track Spotlights during the livestream or on-demand post-event.
Will there be a fee to watch the Keynotes or Track Spotlights?
No, the livestream is a no-charge experience.
How do I access the livestream or on-demand content?
After registering, you will receive an email closer to the event date with details for viewing the livestream and how to access on-demand content post-event.
How can I learn more about presenting opportunities?
We carefully curate our agenda through a Call for Speakers. The Call for Papers for LiveWorx 2023 ran from October 11 - November 18, 2022.

How long is each session?
The duration of each session is dependent on its session type. You can expect the following:
- Keynotes: These mainstage presentations will be between 45-minutes and one hour in length.
- IgniteTalX: These quickfire presentations in our show floor theaters will be 15 minutes in length.
- All other session types (breakouts, panels, track spotlights, etc.) will be 30 minutes in length.
You will be able to build out your full event program via the content catalog and mobile app when they launch. Until then, check out the high-level program agenda.

LiveWorx Mobile App
Will LiveWorx offer a mobile app?
LiveWorx will offer a downloadable mobile app in the Spring for registered attendees. It will be used as an interactive way to enhance the on-site LiveWorx experience, engage with other attendees, and receive event updates & local discounts. You will be notified when it is available on the App Store and Google Play. We recommend using an Apple or Android device for the best user experience.
Travel & Accommodations
How Do I Book A Hotel Room For PTC LiveWorx?
You must be registered for the event to book your hotel accommodations.
Discounted room blocks have been reserved at several nearby hotels. When you have registered for PTC LiveWorx you will receive a hotel link in your confirmation email to access the room blocks and make your reservations.
Can I Check Hotel Availability If I’m Not Registered for PTC LiveWorx?
Unfortunately, no. We keep the link to the hotel booking site private so that non-attendees do not book rooms at discounted rates we worked hard to provide to registrants this year. We understand that travel can be expensive so we made sure to provide the best options for travel budgets.
How Do I Make Changes To My Hotel Reservation?
onPeak, the official housing provider for LiveWorx, can help you with changes or cancellations. If you need to make changes or cancellations to your reservation booked via onPeak on or before 05/03/2023, make your changes online or call (800) 726-1242. Changes or cancellations to your reservation after this date must be made directly with the hotel. All changes are based on availability.
If you booked your hotel reservation outside of onPeak's reservation system, you will be responsible for managing your own reservation. Please review your confirmation or contact your hotel directly for more information on their specific cancellation and refund policies.
What is the Hotel Room Cancellation Policy?
There is a 72-Hour Cancellation Policy for hotels – If you do not cancel your room 72 hours before your arrival date, you will be charged one night room & tax.
Will I Receive a Hotel Confirmation Different From My LiveWorx Registration?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation number from onPeak, our hotel reservations system, once you book your hotel.
Keep this email for your records — any changes or edits to your hotel reservation must be made through the onPeak system.
Can I Transfer My Hotel Room to Another Attendee?
Yes, visit OnPeak — click on "Already have a Reservation? Log-In" and enter your username and password to access your reservation. You can change the name on your reservation.
What Airport Should I Use?
Logan International Airport (BOS)
Logan is an eight-minute taxi ride from the BCEC, (depending on traffic) or you can use the MBTA’s Silver Line to and from the airport. The Silver Line is complimentary from Logan Airport, and stops at the Seaport/World Trade Center Stop just across the street from the BCEC. Take the Silver Line back to the airport.

Is Public Transportation Available to the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center?
The BCEC is steps away from the MBTA’s Silver Line World Trade Center stop, which is the same subway line that services Logan Airport. It’s also a 15-minute walk from South Station, one of Boston’s major transportation hubs. South Station provides local services via bus, subway (Red Line), and the regional Commuter Rail, plus service across the country through Amtrak and bus.

Another option is Bluebikes. Bluebikes is Metro Boston's public bike share program, with over 4,000+ bikes and more than 400+ stations. It’s a fun, affordable, sustainable, and convenient transportation option for quick trips around town. The BCEC has its own station - Boston Convention and Exhibition Center - Summer St at West Side Dr. with 22 docks."
What is the Cost to Park at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center?
To self-park is $25 and $50 for oversized vehicles; from Summer Street, turn onto East Side Drive, drive past the valet area, and continue straight along the side of the building. At the end of the building, make a right and go down the ramp. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left and you will see the entrance to the South Parking lot in front of you.
Is Shuttle Service Provided Between LiveWorx Hotels and the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center?
Shuttle service will be provided between hotels outside of the Seaport neighborhood to the BCEC. More details coming soon.
Does PTC LiveWorx Offer a Travel Visa Letter for International Attendees?
Yes, you must be fully registered and paid in full to request a visa letter. Once registered, you will find the information to request a visa letter in your confirmation email.
How Do I Request a Travel Visa to Attend LiveWorx?
If you are traveling from a country that requires you to apply for a visa to enter the United States, we can help you with an invitation letter.
You must be registered and fully paid for the event to request a Visa Invitation Letter.
NOTE: Original cancellation policy still applies, so be sure to apply for your visa early to avoid any extra fees should you need to cancel.
What Trainings Does Liveworx Offer?
You can expect numerous topics for trainings that will include lessons on CAD, PLM, AR, IoT, Arena, and OnShape. Explore the offerings here.
Are Trainings an Additional Fee Beyond LiveWorx Registration?
There is no additional fee for trainings this year. We really want to welcome you back to PTC LiveWorx 2023 and ensure you get the most out of the event. Therefore, for 2023 only, the trainings are included in the All Access Pass if you are attending the event in-person.
How Do I Register For Training?
Reserving a spot in the training sessions will be available at the launch of the content catalog. You must be registered for an in-person All Access pass to reserve your seat. An email will be sent to registrants to alert you when these training sessions are available.
Can I Sign-Up for Multiple Training Courses?
Yes, if you are interested in more than one topic you are welcome to take advantage of multiple training sessions.
Can I Network With Other Attendees Before PTC LiveWorx Starts?
Yes. PTC LiveWorx offers many ways for you to network with other attendees before the event.
What Networking Opportunities are Available?
PTC LiveWorx offers many networking opportunities where attendees can expect the following and more:
• Xtropolis Expo Hall: The Expo Hall floor is our major point of networking whether a peer-to-peer conversation or taking advantage of the live demonstrations where you can strengthen your relationships with like-minded industry contacts.
