Gift Card Terms and Conditions 

Giveaway begins on 10/1/18 and will end when 100 valid registrations have been completed for the LiveWorx 2019 Registration or on December 31, 2018, whichever is earlier. A $20 Amazon eGift Card will be awarded to each of the first 100 valid LiveWorx 2019 Registrations completed online at https://www.liveworx.com/register during the aforementioned time. This promotional giveaway event is open to legal all persons in the United States who complete and finalize their LiveWorx 2019 Registration and who are 21 years of age or older. Employees of PTC and members of the immediate families of each are not eligible. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, or substituted; PTC reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
 

THIS GIVEAWAY IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW AND SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS. Prizes are not transferable. All taxes on each prize and incidental expenses not mentioned herein are the responsibility of each individual participant. The participants receiving prizes will be contacted via email by PTC on a weekly basis as entries are received and no later than seven (7) business days following the closing of the giveaway on December 31, 2018. If participants does not respond within three (3) days of notification, prize may be forfeited. PTC may collect and retain information of or relating to entrants (including possible personal data relating to entrants and winner(s) in the course of the Giveaway or (if applicable) in or on any declaration or release signed by winners) and will or may use such information to administer the Giveaway and also to provide entrants with information regarding the winner of the Giveaway. Such information may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for the Sponsor(s), their affiliates or for one of their advertising and/or promotion agencies. The Sponsor(s) will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that all personal data of or relating to entrants and winner(s) is treated securely in accordance with the respective Sponsor’s privacy policies.
