PL1764B - The Road to 2030: How PLM Supports Retail Sustainability Initiatives

The Retail, Footwear and Apparel industry is facing increased pressure to significantly reduce their environmental footprint from consumers, government regulators, and even investors. This pressure has driven most brands and retailers to publicly commit to specific sustainability goals, such as 100 percent sustainably-sourced materials and 40-50 percent reductions in green-house gas (GHG) emissions. Achieving these goals require retail teams to make better material and product development decisions—decisions that are made within FlexPLM. In this session, you will learn how leading retail companies are leveraging PLM to provide their product teams with the data they need to make more environmentally responsible decisions.
