For 25 years, Brad has been a champion for the use of innovative technology and media to convey information to our internal and external customers. Brad is currently leading the animation and AR team in Toro’s Technical Publications department. The initiative to move toward more graphical and animated instructions has helped increase knowledge of Toro’s products to its customers. Toro’s Technical Publications team is currently exploring more business cases for the use and adoption of AR and animations as standard work.
