Carsten is a Director of Product Management at aPriori Technologies. He has over thirty years of experience in leadership roles in product management, industry marketing and business development at enterprise software, robotics and industrial machinery companies. Carsten has expert knowledge of design and manufacturing processes & tools, supply chain & sourcing strategies, design for sustainability and product lifecycle management systems. His work at enterprise software and hardware companies has given him an in-depth understanding of company growth strategies and business challenges in product design, sustainability, sourcing and manufacturing. Carsten secured his BS, MS and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. As part of his PhD research, Carsten worked with a precision machine tool supplier, developing a new line of precision graphite electrode milling machines and new approaches to machine structures and materials.
