Charlie Parker

Charlie Parker is the current Customer Success Director for HCL's DFMPro DFX software suite. His work focuses on design to market, ensuring that projects and programs are delivered to cost and on time. Charlie has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA in Finance and over 30 years of engineering experience. His industries of experience include technology, aerospace, telecom, defense, medical devices, connected devices (telematics), and irrigation. Prior to his current role in customer success, Charlie has served as designer, product and manufacturing engineer, component engineer, physical design engineer, project manager and program manager. His work covers all aspects of supply chain workflow with a focus on quality, production costing, process efficiency, manufacturability, producibility, and performance measurements. Charlie lives in Allen, Texas where he enjoys American football, watching movies, and spending time with his family.
