Dean Herdt is currently the Director of the Service Supply Chain within Capgemini's Supply Chain Transformation practice at Capgemini Invent NA. Dean started his journey in Service & Aftermarket Supply Chain in 1997 while supporting the technology infrastructure of an Atlanta, GA area school system. From there, he joined Servigistics in 2001, where he filled a variety of roles including Customer Support, Training Manager, Business Architect, and Project Management. Leveraging his 15 years of experience at Servigistics / PTC, in 2016 Dean joined Capgemini Invent, where he has helped to foster a strong alliance between Capgemini and PTC to deliver the value of Servigistics to clients across many industries, specializing in A&D, Manufacturing, Automotive, and Hi-tech. Dean currently resides in Leesburg, AL, USA.
