II1334B - Production Assurance: Can You Predict the Profitability of Future Production?

One challenge in manufacturing is the ability to deliver products profitability in the future. For this challenge, you need a baseline of knowledge to identify production risks that impact future profitability. Production Assurance is based on AI production risk mitigation and intervention processes and tools. Leaders can perform a What if analysis on the company’s ability to take an order in the future and deliver profitably. This requires a solution that calculates the future Sales Price and resulting Net Operating Profit by defining and using probable future costs. AI used to predict the future state would improve a company’s insight on how to ensure profitable future production. This is the right moment and the right time to bring together new technologies to provide new answers.
