PL1213C - J&J's Journey from PSM to Dynatrace for Monitoring Windchill and ThingWorx

Johnson and Johnson will present how they came out of a mature PSM implementation, migrated to Dynatrace, and have never looked back. They will present how Dynatrace has been deployed, and how it's used by Windchill Admins, Developers, and Johnson & Johnson’s service desk. They will also provide specific examples of how they have solved complex performance problems that they wouldn't have been able to figure out without Dynatrace.
