This session is a UX Lab 1:1 Research Study. Participants are required to be customers or partners who need to understand new capabilities, bug fixes, and other changes as part of the upgrade process. In this lab, evaluate and provide feedback on the effectiveness of the content and delivery method of the What's New and Release Notes for Creo+ and Windchill+. Users will be shown different formats of information for evaluation. This research will help reveal opportunities for improvement and guide enablement resources.
