Leila Costa

Director of ESG Metrics and Reporting , PTC

Leila Costa is the Director of ESG Metrics and Reporting at PTC. She is a graduate of the Yale School of the Environment. She has held leading positions in corporate sustainability, across industries, including consumer products, hospitality services, and now tech. Working on critical sustainability areas: carbon emissions, waste, hunger, diversity, equity, and inclusion, responsible sourcing, and ESG reporting and sustainability communications. As sustainability lead for Sodexo Universities and Schools, Mrs. Costa, directed strategic partnerships, including deploying Leanpath waste tracking technology across the US and Canada and spearheading a novel partnership with Swipe Out Hunger to fight college student food insecurity. At PTC, Mrs. Costa, is working to grow PTC’s foundational ESG structure and to ensure transparent reporting. She is committed to helping businesses transform challenges into market opportunities that support the creation of a more sustainable, just, and equitable world.
