Lori Austin is a Principal Customer Success Coach for Arena, a PTC business. In this role, Lori is a strategic advisor for Arena customers, assisting them with PLM and QMS best practices including business process mapping, configuration decisions, and accelerating practices and the platform to meet growth opportunities. Lori has 10+ years’ experience with PLM and QMS solutions. She has held operational and supply chain roles for high tech companies ranging in size from start-up to enterprise, giving her the a deep understanding of the business of Arena customers. Lori attended Virginia Tech where she received her BS in Statistics.
