Madhu Kunam has an extensive knowledge and wealth of experience within the Warranty and Service domain and has driven PTC's iWarranty Solution forward as one of the leaders within the Warranty and Service segment. He currently serves as Director of Solution Management for Warranty & Contract Management Solution at PTC. He has deep domain expertise on SLM as well as Product Management, Software Engineering and is responsible for warranty solutions to help companies streamline and optimize their warranty business process. He has worked closely with businesses and played key role in successful implementation of PTC's Warranty product for multiple large-scale Automotive, Farm & Construction equipment manufacturers. Madhu has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the JNT University, India and MBA from SV University.
