Helping PLM Professionals Navigate Business Focused Digital Transformation Initiatives

Digital transformation initiatives are now permeating the product organization, but this is unfamiliar territory for designers and engineers who must now execute on these business-focused digital initiatives. This session will build on research from the “Forrester Wave™: Product Lifecycle Management, Q4 2017” to help PLM professionals and prospects understand the varying levels of digital maturity that typify PLM implementations today. This level set will help participants understand the logical next steps that their peers take based on the state of their product organization software ecosystem today - whether that be digitizing product data or executing complex, cross-organization digital twin initiatives. This session will strive to help engineers and designers uncover the significant value they can deliver to the business through their domain knowledge and organizational experience.
