Phillip has been with Alcon for 22 years leading major projects and IT Service Delivery with SAP, SFDC & ServiceMax. Currently, Phillip is the IT Leader for Alcon’s Service transformation to digital offerings in the Surgical Eye Care operating room and Eye clinics. Alcon is transforming from a “field only” service provider to a service center and field service provider. Alcon’s surgery instruments and software are increasingly connected and transforming towards ‘subscription’ based. This is requiring Alcon to rethink Sales & Service and putting ServiceMax at the forefront of the transformation.
