Reggie Fortson has been with Johnson and Johnson for 20 years, working in product development and sustaining across multiple product platforms. For the past six years, Reggie has been the leader for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) across J&J Medical Devices. J&J Medical Devices has a business built a $30 billion over decades that spans General Surgery, Orthopedics, Cardiovasular therapies, and Vision Care. The PLM program is bringing together a fragmented landscape of legacy product data and quality systems into a single technology platform, and evolving the business to adopt more advanced practices for managing product data. In addition to leading PLM across Medical Devices, Reggie also is leading the strategy to shift to more data-centric practices across product development and raise operational efficiency through use of Intelligent Automation.
