Richard Worsham

Founder/Designer, Janus Motorcycles

Richard is co-founder and lead designer at Janus Motorcycles where he directs design and engineering, production engineering, as well as company vision and strategy. Since founding Janus in the back of an old dry cleaner building in downtown Goshen, Indiana, he has overseen the design and launch of five model lines and the growth of the company into a national brand. From an early age Richard has been fascinated with drawing and design, especially in the context of architecture, urbanism, and vehicles of all types. He holds a bachelor’s degree in literature from Thomas More College and a master’s degree in architecture from the University of Notre Dame. Richard lives in Goshen, Indiana with his wife, Amy, and their three daughters.
