PL1606B - Global PLM at AGCO

AGCO uses PTC's solution portfolio, Creo and Windchill, as the globalized PDM system. AGCO initiated a new global project to implement a fully integrated PLM solution. The project is meant to roll out their system landscape to Manufacturing and Aftersales & Service for fully globalized digital collaboration. This PLM approach will become the "heart" of the company, delivering product data throughout the entire product lifecycle. Third party vendor tools are also being digitally connected to the PLM Database to enrich the data with additional quality. As a result, the digital thread is always consistent because those tools are interfaced without leaving the "single source of truth". Change management will grow to a company-wide process enabled by PTC Windchill.
