Arbortext Business Development Manager - Digital Thread For Service EMEAI Susan Chapman works in the Arbortext Business Unit which is part of the Service Lifecycle segment at PTC. Her primary role is Business Development and Customer Strategy around the end-to-end Digital Thread for Service, with a particular focus on the delivery of accurate, up-to-date information to the field. Susan has been engaged in the aftermarket and after-sales sector for over 30 years, and joined PTC through the acquisition of Enigma in 2013. Her wealth of experience from managing service projects and architecting solutions is put to use, helping our customers drive efficiencies to meet service KPIs and improved customer satisfaction.
